- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been referred to this office by a friend who had recently been there for the first time and was very impressed. I have to say that I agree with her 100%. My first impression of the office was that it was clean, quiet and inviting. The women at the front desk were cheerful and seemed very happy to be working there. I was kept waiting quite a bit, more than 30 minutes, which concerned me at first, since I was the only patient in the reception area. However, I soon forgot all of that after meeting Dr. Papel. His knowledge and quiet demeanor was such that I had immediate confidence in all that he proposed for my treatment. Following my exam, Kristy set up the dates for my pre-op, surgery and post-op, very considerate of my schedules. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. As I left the office, all of the women at the front desk said goodbye to me. I don't usually experience that when I leave a medical office where there are a number of women at the front desk.
